Clients are required to have a vacancy, with job description and person specification. We can work with you to put them together. We will also work with you to put together selection criteria for the vacancy.

Once in place we would provide pre-screening and matching process. We will send you a profile of each selected candidate(s). This will help you to selected candidates for work trials. We will then arrange an initial interview with you for selected candidate(s). This could be at your offices or at ours.

Clients will then be able to choose the best candidate(s) for the job. As a result of our thorough selection process, most candidates who complete work trials are offered paid job.
