is a not-for-profit organisation committed to the regeneration and renewal of communities by unlocking the potential of its people and supporting business competitiveness.

Founded in 2000, we have been at the forefront of delivering quality assured programmes designed to support disadvantaged members of the community; helping those who are unemployed get back into work, supporting the third sector to deliver quality services, undertaking community needs consultations and research and providing creative management solutions to employers across the private, public and third sector.
