North London Partnership Consortium Ltd (NLPC) is delivering an exciting new youth-focused programme – Youth Echo. The programme is designed to amplify Haringey’s youth voice and empower them to thrive and succeed, regardless of their background.

Youth Echo is a partnership between NLPC, The Bridge Renewal Trust (lead), and the Godwin Lawson Foundation. The programme is funded by the City Bridge Foundation and Propel.

NLPC Ltd and Consortium Partner Organisations (Harris Academy Tottenham, Mind in Haringey, Haringey Council) have formed this partnership to deliver the Brighter Futures programme, funded by the Youth Futures Foundation (an independent not-for-profit organisation working to improve employment outcomes for young people from marginalised backgrounds), through its Connected Futures Fund.

Brighter Futures Project partners are undertaking an integrated research/consultation on the effectiveness, impact, and the application of the Gatsby Benchmarks (framework for career provisions in schools and colleges, enriched in statutory guidance) to respond to the needs of pupils within the East of Haringey Borough.

Homecooked is a programme funded by the Greater London Authority to tackle youth violence in the Tottenham Hale Ward area.

North London Partnership Consortium (NLPC) alongside Bridge Renewal Trust, Mind In Haringey, Father2Father and The Godwin Lawson Foundation have partnered to deliver violence reduction activities in Tottenham Hale ward.

NLPC will pilot the development of interventions that provide pathways to economic opportunity, including life skills and employment-readiness programmes.

Funded by the Violence Reduction Unit (VRU), the project is delivered by a consortium of 5 cross sector partners, led by NLPC as the Managing Agent along with Upskill U, London Elite Sports and Football Academy, Haringey Play Association and My Training Plan. This project is a continuation of the Haringey Community Gold Young London Fund programme which came to an end in July 2022.
