North London Partnership Consortium (NLPC) delivered employability service for local residents impacted by Long COVID and those in need of mental health support, in partnership with Bridge Renewal Trust.
Tackling COVID-Linked Health Inequalities was a multi-partnership project targeting and supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged communities in NCL Integrated Care System’s most deprived wards in Haringey. The initiative was led by the Royal Free Charity and funded through NHS Charities Together’s Community Partnership Grants fund.
Core Service provision included: individual advice, guidance and action planning, employability skills support, job sourcing, and job brokerage.
