This project is funded by GLA/ESF (Greater London Authority/European Social Fund) and Haringey Council. This project supports Haringey residents (18+) to progress into higher level qualifications and entry into sustainable jobs and/or progression into more hours and London Living Wage (LLW).
Example of level 3 courses on offer includes:
- Construction, including paid CSCS test and card
- Railway Engineering – this course is employer led and trainees are guaranteed jobs after successfully completing the course
- Health and Social Care
- Child Care

ELIGIBILITY FOR HARINGEY HIGHER LEVEL SKILLS (HHLS)
- Candidates must fulfil all eligibility requirements listed below:
- Must be a resident within the borough of Haringey
- In receipt of Job Seeker’s Allowance, ESA WRAG (Employment and Support Allowance Work-related Activity Group) or Universal Credit
- Aged 18 and above
- Unemployed and looking for work
- Working but underemployed and/or earning less than London Living Wage (£11.95 per hour)
