Haringey Higher Level Skills Project

Haringey Higher Level Skills Review - Executive Summary

Haringey Higher Level Skills (HHLS) was a project funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), Greater London Authority (GLA) and Haringey Council. The programme supported Haringey residents (aged 18+) by providing them with higher level qualifications, helping unemployed residents to secure sustainable employment, and assisting employed residents (earning less than the London Living Wage) with achieving sustainable progression into higher paid work and/or an increase in working hours.

NLPC successfully delivered the HHLS programme from 2019 to 2023.

The summary below briefs the findings of the programme and explores the effectiveness of NLPC’s Haringey Higher Level Skills programme in meeting its aims and identifying key learning outcomes from the programme delivery.
