Our Research and Consultancy Approach

At CIRU, our approach is based on the combined results of our associates’ experience in providing quality assured management and consultancy spanning over 30 years. A Project Action Plan which identifies, for each project, a delivery framework, key project participants, key staff, key outputs/outcomes and milestones.
A Project Quality Manager responsible for all quality frameworks, including project evaluation.
A Rigorous Peer Review process, on all research/consultations from desk research to final recommendations.
A Post-Assignment Review, which includes client exit interviews and feedback questionnaires.
