This is a two day refresher course for any person who wishes to renew their license to work as a door supervisor within the security industry. Previous door supervisor qualification is needed.

The qualification is a Level 2 Award for upskilling door supervisors and is a fully accredited SIA qualification. It cover the new elements of the Door Supervision course that have been added in the last 3 years. It is in 2 parts; Safety Awareness and Physical Intervention.

Unit 1: Physical Intervention Skills for the Private Security Industry
Unit 2: Safety Awareness for Door Supervisors

Assessment

Unit 1: This unit is assessed in two parts. Part one is a written and practical test and part two is a written test.
Unit 2: is assessed by a 15-question multiple-choice examination.
