An internship is where you work with an employer for a certain period which can be anything from one week up to 12 months. It can be paid or unpaid. The emphasis is on you gaining the experience and skills needed in your sector of choice. Internship will give you that all important practical experience and help to stand out from the crowd! People with hands on experience in a job have a much better chance of getting a job.

We offer structured voluntary internships either in-house and/or with external third sector partner organisation. We offer undergraduates graduates / postgraduates opportunities to:

• Work with us on a topical research
• Work with a community-based organisation to develop/implement research of their choice
• Provide a matching service between researchers and community organisations
